Todo mundo sabe que a tend\u00eancia \u00e9 de alta, mas n\u00e3o se sabe de quanto. A IA j\u00e1 \u00e9 aplicada em muitos pontos das empresas atualmente e a sua utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o deve aumentar exponencialmente nos pr\u00f3ximos anos, mas deve ser acompanhada necessariamente pelos recursos humanos. Nada como seguir o velho ditado: um olho no peixe, outro no gato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como bem lembrado por Karen Cavalcanti, na palestra \u201cToque humano na era da Intelig\u00eancia Artificial\u201d, realizada em 04 de abril, no 18\u00ba Simp\u00f3sio Sincomavi, Feicon 2024, s\u00e3o v\u00e1rios os fatores que podem desandar a economia brasileira e mundial, os chamados impactos globais. Ela citou os casos mais em evid\u00eancia atualmente, como guerras, infla\u00e7\u00e3o nos pa\u00edses desenvolvidos e emergentes, poder de consumo, densidade demogr\u00e1fica e, at\u00e9 mesmo, a polariza\u00e7\u00e3o. O emprego de Intelig\u00eancia Artificial para ajudar a calibrar tais cen\u00e1rios ser\u00e1 fator preponderante para as opera\u00e7\u00f5es dos com\u00e9rcios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maior interesse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O estudo \u201cTomorrow\u2019s Consumer MosaicLab verificou para o per\u00edodo entre 2023-2027 o potencial de atra\u00e7\u00e3o das principais categorias de produtos no Brasil. Apesar de ter ficado entre os 15 primeiros colocados, o segmento de Reforma e Decora\u00e7\u00e3o sofre com grande concorr\u00eancia. \u201cA disputa \u00e9 direta com as categorias de \u2018indulg\u00eancia\u2019, como viagens, moda, cosm\u00e9ticos, tech e autom\u00f3veis\u201d, ressaltou Karen em sua apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o. 35% das pessoas entrevistadas pela MosaicLab expressaram o interesse de aumentar o consumo de itens de decora\u00e7\u00e3o e para reforma do lar. O chamado \u201csmart consumer\u201d, segundo a palestrante, quer ser recompensado: \u201cos consumidores est\u00e3o muito mais cr\u00edticos sobre a experi\u00eancia com tecnologias e servi\u00e7os na hora da compra\u201d. Com esse cen\u00e1rio posto \u00e0 frente do empres\u00e1rio, a Intelig\u00eancia Artificial potencializa sua import\u00e2ncia ao reduzir obst\u00e1culos, otimizar tempo, reduzir custos e, principalmente, apoiar a\u00e7\u00f5es que surpreendam positivamente os consumidores: recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o preditiva, personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, novas experi\u00eancias e monitoramento. \u201cMelhoras na efici\u00eancia operacional e no engajamento\u201d, ressaltou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karen finalizou sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o no evento apresentando o estudo Matcon Track MosaicLab, que verificou a tend\u00eancia de estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de consumo no mercado de material de constru\u00e7\u00e3o para os pr\u00f3ximos meses. O trabalho ainda radiografou as influ\u00eancias na hora da escolha de produtos, marcas e quantidades (m\u00faltipla escolha): instaladores e aplicadores (pedreiro, eletricista, pintor e encanador), com 50%; amigos e familiares, 23%; empreiteiro, 21%; balconista de com\u00e9rcio de material de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, 20%; e arquiteto, engenheiro ou decorador, 19%.
